All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and include New Zealand GST.

The statements, analysis, opinions and conclusions made in any ‘presentation, and any related written materials are those of the presenting author/s and not AFAANZ or any of its agents, directors, employees or advisors. AFAANZ acts in the capacity as convenor of the virtual conference presentation only. The Conference Manager and AFAANZ will not accept liability for the damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons for loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference, exhibition or related events.  
The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, acts or regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.

The AFAANZ Conferences (and associated events) is dedicated in providing a harassment-free conference experience for all attendees, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, culture, race, age or religion. AFAANZ does not tolerate harassment, abuse or intimidation of conference participants (including staff and supplier staff / representatives) in any form.  

Conference participants (this includes employees, volunteers, visitors, guests, sponsors etc) found to be in violation of these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the AFAANZ and/or conference organisers.

Privacy Statement
Information gathered from registration and other conference forms will be used to administer the conference. Data obtained will remain the property of AFAANZ and The Conference Manager.

Children / Guests Under 18
The AFAANZ conference and associated events are designed for those over 18 years of age. Children will not be permitted to enter session rooms, the exhibition or social events. Children must not be left unaccompanied in the hotel or conference area at any time.

Intention to Photograph and Record
Attendees are advised that recordings of presentations (vision and audio) may be taken during the conference and reproduced for promotional purposes.

Language
The official language of the conference is English.
